Hello Great Community. I just installed VM (Oracle VM VirtualBox) and installed Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit. Ok. It works like charm. But theris mistical ? problem) I have all admin privileges (logger as admin) when i want to add new user by name "Restricted" (witout quotes of cource) windows says username cannot contain special characters . Also form elevated cmd.exe i 'm trying add this user to system. Restricted cannot be used as a username or group. It is part of the list that is used internally in Widows such as 'service', 'system' etc.
