Hi, I am using windows 7 and unable to configure outlook through Exchange. When I am trying to install CA root certificate from our doamin website(mail.domain.com/remote), Install option is disapper which was appering earlier in xp. Please help in thi issue Regards Kishore Behara

Start > Run > mmc > OK File > Add/Remove Snap-in Add > Certificates > Add > Computer account > Computer account > Next > Local computer > Finish Expand Certificates > Trusted Root Certification Authorities Right-click Trusted Root Certification Authorities > All Tasks > Import... In the wizard > click Next > enter the path to the .p7b file with the root certificate you want to install > Next > Next > Finish It should go pretty much like that.
