This time when i have called aitel they have suggested me to contact MICROSOFT being airtel is using MICROSOFT server.  I request you to support and suggest me how i can go further with this problem.

Thanking you and expecting your reply immediatly and oblige.

Hi Dharmesh,

Did you get any error message when sending emails?

If you can successfully receive email messages, but can't send messages, then Windows Live Mail is having problems connecting to the outgoing email server that's used to send messages. So please first check whether your email account information is entered properly.

Also, please check with your email provider to see if it requires authentication for sending email. If yes, please select the check box of "Outgoing server requires authentication" on "Accounts..." dialog, then try again.

By the way, this is the forum to discuss questions and feedback for Microsoft Office client. Since your query is directly related to Windows Live Mail, I would suggest you to post in the dedicated forum of Windows Live Mail, where you can get more experienced responses:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail?tab=Threads

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
