Un-installing Intelligent Message Filter
I am trying to run SP2 for Exchange but it fails due to a previous version of IMF being installed. The documentaion that I have found states the original installation account must be used to remove IMF.I have tried various accounts but IMF does not appear in add/remove programs. Is there any way to discover the account used to install IMF through the registry or can it be removed another way? Thanks

Have you tried running the Setup package for the IMFv1 to see if it gives you Uninstall as an option? If it does not, you might also try re-installing it, and then uninstalling it. Hope this helps.
