USER GROUP AND FORWARDNG EMAIL
I have several clients, using the same software, wuth different domain names.I would like to have a mail box, such as SOSFAQS@ansintech.com where anyone can send a question and everyone automatically receives the same question. When someone responds, then everyone sees the response. What do you suggest is the best method of doing this.I have an exchange server 2003.I do not need to monitor the emails. If someone places derogatory info in an email, they will be removed.

Hi Leonard. It sounds as if you are looking for ListServ capabilities. There is nothing built-in to Exchange 2003 of course. You could use a DL with external members as mail-enabled contacts, but then you have the requirement of creating and managing those contacts and it's probably not the best solution.

If these clients separate in the different forests, I think the suggestion from Andy would be the method If these clients all stay in the same forest, we could create a public folder and grant the permission all the people who need, so they see and answer the questions in the folder via outlook or OWA
