We have being experiencing few issues, that when selecting Manage Voice Mail from outlook 2010 we are redirected to diffrenet OWA sites all the time (we have multiple OWA sites due to different domains and organizations that we support). For example if user from ABC domain clicks on the link Manage Voice Mail user gets redirected to XYZ domain OWA site. When recreating profile user may be redirected to ABC owa domain really inconsistens. We have around 4 different OWA sites, can we lock down if user from ABM domain clicks on the link, user is redirected to ABC domain owa site?

Hi,

As far as I can tell, we need the UM service on Exchange to use the Voice Mail function, Outlook gets the UM's url via Autodiscover.

Have you configured anything special on the virtual directory of UM?

You can also try this below:

When holding the "Ctrl" button, right click on the Outlook icon in the notification area, click "Test E-mail AutoConfiguration", enter the E-mail Address and Password, tick "Use AutoDiscover", press "Test". You will get the resut below, please send the logs to our email address for analysis.
