URGENT. emails in categorizer
Several questions. I have several emails in the categorizer, as unlocking?. I stopped the antivirus (TrendMicro), restarted the service but can not be unlocked and that is important. SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queuing SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer I have Exchange configured correctly, but some will not that little store and get the corresponding NDR has been locked. The Exchange server is correctly to DCs that are GC, inluso, this is DC-GC. I can not watch more. 2 .- There is a way of knowing how many emails are stored in the categorizer?. I think more than one is important for the company.

Hi SoniaS, Please let me know the queues name in which emails stuck and "Additional Queue Information" of those queues. You could see the number of messages in queue viewer. Before trying KB952841, please let me know if you have 9005 9002 6006 errors in system event. If not, I suggest you troubleshoot the issue according to "Additional Queue Information". If there is related error in system event, please paste here.
