Windows 2003 R2 Standard with SP2 + Exchange 2003 System Manager Tools (tools only) + Exchange 2003 SP2 (SP2 only):The version of MAPI32.dll in the system32 folder is 6.5.6944 and Exchaneg System Manager Tools snapin launches OK.Then I log out, then log back in.Now the version of MAPI32.dll in the system32 folder is 1.0.2536 and Exchange System Manager Tools fail on launch with a snapin error message "Could not create the snapin".If I copy the newer version of the MAPI32.dll file over the older version then the Manager Tools work again, but all I need to do to break it is log out and then log back in - this changes the MAPI32.dll back to the older version. There are two versions. Even if I delete the one I dont want(the old version), all I need to do to get it back again is log back out and log in again,

-Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders. -Type Mapi32.dll in the Named box. -In Look In, click to select My Computer, and click Find Now. -Right-click to select Mapi32.dll in the search results list. -Click Rename, type Mapi32.old, and press ENTER to accept the name change. if we rename all mapi32.dll files what will happen? Will it create a new one when we logoff and logon?
