It would be much appreciated if anyone could help me out here.First off my Acer aspire 3610 has no sound and I have no idea how to get it back, I've tried drivers and plenty more but nothing is working.Secondley my housemate got his automatic updates last night and now he can't log in to his profile. everytime he put's the password in he just get's the profile you are trying to log into cannot load.Cheers In advanceShaine

Shaine, For the first question, you might try posting that one to an Acer forum. Drivers is the first thing I would have tried (well, of course, and to make sure the speaker was plugged in to the sound card.) :-) For the second question, that is more of a Windows issue, but can anyojne else logon to the computer? Or is his account the only one.

Hello Shaine, Regarding the first question, youd better post in on Acer forums. If there is a Windows compatibility issue, you also can post it on Windows system forums.
