Hi, First thing, did you installed Exchange Server 2007? Is Exchange Server is running currently? I would suggest install 2010 rather than 2007. Gulab | MCITP: Exchange 2010-2007 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.Blogspot.com

I support 2 domains on my exchange 2007 although i use the same active directory... simply put, I create a mailbox in the abc.com, then go to properties of mailbox > email address tab and add an smtp address of xyz.com, uncheck the default policy box, click on xyz.com address and set as reply (default), then remove the abc.com form the porperties. Since the 2nd domain's people work mostly offsite they can access via owa. On the xyz.com's dns server, set A record and Mx record to point to same ip as your own domain. that way they use http://xyz.com/exchange for owa an not know that it's pointing to same server as abc.com

also, in the exchange management console > organization configuration > hub transport > accepted domains I added xyz.com as a new accepted domain
