Two Finger Scroll not working in Outlook 2013 Windows Desktop
Up until today, this wokred for me just fine, but after an update, when I attempt to scroll a longer message (popped out or in the reading pane) using my touchpad it gives me a 'Text Zoom 100%' message.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Does this issue exist in other Office applications? Like Microsoft Word?

If you know which exact update that was installed before this issue happens, you can try temporarily uninstall the update and then test if the problem will disappear.

In addition, I notice that this issue may also happen due to a problematic version of touchpad driver. If you have updated the touchpad driver recently, please also try installing an earlier version of touchpad driver to see the result.

Please keep me updated.

Hi Steve thanks for the additional questions.  Answers below:

1.  2 finger scroll works in all other Office applications, including the email list view in Outlook.  The only place it is returning 'Text Zoom 100%' message is in the email reading pane and the popped out email reading view.

2. I have not updated the Synaptic driver, it is the OEM driver that came with my laptop.

Thanks!
