My apologies for cross-posting I have a third party application called OpenText's DM that is linked within MS Outlook 2003. There is an actual folder in the Outlook tree called OpenText. My issue is that when the user opens a subfolder under the OpenText parent folder. The reading pane is set to the right. If I turn it off the reading pane remains off during the logon session. If I reboot the PC and go back to the same subfolder. The reading pane is back to the right. I suspect that our Exchange 2003 server plays a role in this as I've done the following without any success. It seems to follow the user. - I've deleted the profile- I've given the user a new PC Thanks In Advance
