Trying to restore Exchange 2k3 DB to server with different Org name
Hi, I'm getting the event ID 1088 MSExchangeIS: The information store could not be loaded because the distinguished name (DN) /O=REAL ADVERTISING LTD/OU=LONDON/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN= of message database "Recovery Storage Group\Regional Users" does not match the DN of directory /O=REAL OUTDOOR/OU=LONDON/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=. The database may have been restored to a computer that is in an organization or site different than the original database. Now I'm using the recovery storage group option and I can succeffully restore the DB from backup, but get this error when I try and mount it. I've tried rebuilding my Exchange 2k3 SP2 server as REAL ADVERTISING and REAL Outdoor and I always get the same error as above regardless of what the org name is, now I'm so confused I'm not sure what it should be called, any help would be most appreciated?

Are you using a recovery storage group on the original server? Is the original server still around? The Org name will need to be the same.
