Trouble with transitioning exchange 2007 from 2003
I have setup a new exchange 2007 server into an existing 2003 network. I installed the mailbox, Client Access, and Hub Transport roles. Right now on the 2007 box I can recieve internal emails, but not from externally. I cannot send to anyone. I am new to this so if anyone has any ideas that would be great.

You'll need to create send and recieve connectors. Where are your MX records pointing as well? http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-Server-2007-Email-Routing-Part2.htmlMark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Hi rb9andrus, What bout your scenario before you setup exchange 2007, could you receive the emails from external domain (internet)? If you just a test scenario, you must have a public IP, and have MX, A record for your mail system. About coexistence exchange 2003 and exchange 2007, you could refer to below: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998604(EXCHG.80).aspx Regards! Gavin
