Hello my name is Julie Bradford and I have a Windows RT Surface Tablet 32GB which has windows 8.1 on it. I have been able to pull up outlook and use it as a cox email and the calendar that was built in it etc... but for some reason now I cant even open it at all it just giving me a error message. I would like to know how I can fix this without losing everything.

Hi,

As mentioned you have a Windows RT Surface Tablet, it seems you are not using a Desktop version of Outlook. If so, I will suggest you contact the support of Surface RT.

Anyway, as Edward A Wayno III said, the error message is needed to determine the issue cause.
