Transport Rule Wildcard
I need to create a rule that will filter on a few phrases. Example. This is a test rule The rule also should flag the email if there is anything before or after the phrase Example HeyThis is a test rule or This is a test rule, I've tried this but it is not catching *This is a test rule* any help would be appreciated. Hi, Just need some clarification, you just need to add some text if a particular word is present in the mail. Have a look into this article it might help : http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2007-Transport-Rules.htmlRipu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging

Hi Swinney, If you set the filter as *This is a test rule*, the mails will only be filtered while it includes the *This is a test rule*. Maybe you have to set the filter as is a test, thus the mail if there is anything before or after the phrase will be catched.Frank Wang
