What is the fix for this problem of using track changes as an editor but the changes revert from "Editor" to "Author" in Office/Word for Mac 2011? There is no "Remove personal information from file properties on save option that I can find in any of the Word Preferences sub-tabs in Word 2011 that was there previously.

Found out my own answer: in EACH document in which this happens, go to Word > Preferences > Security and uncheck Remove personal information from this file on save

At least in WinWord, the reason the option gets selected is if you run the Document Inspector on a document and let it remove document properties and personal information.
