Todo: You have nothing scheduled in the next 7 days

The calendar peek (todo calendar when pinned) says nothing in the next 7 days:

However, my calendar is full of events! This is from the calendar view:

How can I get the overview of upcoming events in the todo/peek pane?

Hi,

Please exit Outlook and try restarting Outlook with /resettodobar switch. The switch clears and regenerates the To-Do Bar task list for the current profile. The To-Do Bar search folder is deleted and re-created.

To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /resettodobar and hit Enter.

Please let me know the result.

Hi, thanks for reply!

This did not really help, however, you mentioned a To-Do search folder. Does it mean that the calendar peek/todo does require the search functionality to work? Because search in e-mails does not work for me (which would be a different issue though).

Thanks,
Jan

Thank you for the update. I don't think this issue is related to the searching functionality not working, but you can follow this KB article to troubleshoot the searching issue:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2769651

If you need further assistance on the searching problem, I'd recommend you pose a new question in this forum.

Back to the original question, if we enable the To-Do Bar calendar via View tab > To-Do Bar > Calendar, can you see the upcoming events from the right side pane of Outlook?

In addition, we may also try to start Outlook in safe mode to check if this issue is related to any problematic add-in. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe and press Enter.

Please let me know the result.

No. There is another idea I got, does it aggregate events from all my calendars? Because for the calendar of the first account, there are indeed no events there. If it does not aggregate calendars, how do I choose which calendar will be used for the To-Do Bar?

Unfortunately the Calendar peek only shows events for the default Calendar for the default account.  Your only option is to change what the default Account is in your current Outlook profile.
