Hi, If you have exchange 2007 or 2010 then you can create a HUB Transport rule saying that every message greater then 5MB "this message"as NDR having the code:5.7.1, but this message will only sent back to sender not to the recipient You also can do a lost of other thing to the rule but i don't think it will sent a notification to the recipient email ID.Ripu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging

Really what I need is it. That to the client that us envie a major e-mail of them 5MB notifies to him(her) that his(her, your) mail has not been delivered by the size of his(her, your) mail. Some possibility of being able to do it? thanks

Hi, Kindly explain that mail notification is sent to sender to recipient, if in case its sender then it possible but in case of recipient I don't think it's possible. Ripu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging

I believe it would be possible to do using a transport rule that would log an event, and a PS script to monitor the event log and send emails based on finding those events in the log. The log entry would need to contain the sender and recipient addresses. You'd need to check, but I think both the sender and recipeint(s) of the message can be referenced as variables when writing the event text, but I can't find the doc on exaclty what they are. It's not pretty or particularly efficient but I think it could be made to work. $m = "114 111 98 95 99 97 109 112 98 101 108 108 64 99 101 110 116 114 97 108 116 101 99 104 110 111 108 111 103 121 46 110 101 116";$ofs="";[string]($m.Split() |% {[char][int]$_})
