Tip: Finding Errors in ExchangeSetup.Log
The ExchangeSetup.Log file can be pretty lengthy. You can use the Exchange Management Shell to find lines with errors to get a quick overview of the install.Execute:get-content C:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.Log | where-object {$_ -match "\[Error"}The lines containing the character sequence [Error should be displayed on screen. If you want to save the information to a file amend the following command as follows:get-content C:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.Log | where-object {$_ -match "\[Error"} |set-content C:\LogExtract.txt Andrew Watt MVP

Very nice Andrew. BTW: there's a setulog parser script in post beta 2 builds that does this and some other useful stuff (using the same methodology as Andrew's snippet above). If there's interest I can post the latest iteration. Thanks, ~vivek
