When our CEO creates or accepts an invite in his calendar his EA gets a notification because she is a delegate for emails and his calendar. This works fine in outlook, but on her iPhone or any mobile deivce the email comes through with a UTC time. This mustn't be a problem with the iPhone as when she is directly invited to a meeting everything appears fine on her iPhone. We are running office 365 for email.

We have looked at changing the timezone setting in owa and also on her iphone.

The problem also happens if a resource like a room is booked.

I have noticed you can manage the calendars on outlook.

Please try to update the ipone to latest IOS version.
