Time zone??

I am about to migrate from Exchange 2007 to 2013. In doing so I have created some mailboxes and tested the batch move process. I noticed the screenshot below while doing this. Why would the time be so much farther ahead in Exchange EAC? You can see the Windows 2012R2 Server time in the bottom corner. I am a bit confused.

Hi,

Have the issue been resolved?

What's the time zone in your Administrator OWA page? Is it correct?

No it is not resolved. I checked 2007 OWA and it is set to PST. I then moved the admin mailbox to 2013 and verified it was still set to PST. The time showing is UTC, so it must be some default setting somewhere.
