Time stamp of emails not consistent between 12 / 24 hour format
I have several examples where an email string is stamped with different time formats.Within the email string itself, sometimes an email will be stamped with 24hour format where other times it will be stamped with 12hour format. All individuals sending the email reside on the same database server and utilize the same two hub transports. All servers and clients are displaying their time in the system tray in 12 hour format. Is there a way to specify between one format and the other?

We have a combination of Outlook clients in our infrastructure. The time stamp issue seems to be with clients running Outlook 2007.I have one exchange server, 2003, outside of all of the other 2007 servers. The 2003 server is only being used to hold old public folder data at this time. It has no other roles associated with it.The time stamping in either 12 or 24 hour format is random.Although I think I may have it narrowed down to a Blackberry, BES, issue.

I have confirmed that this is purely not a BES issue. It has occurred where individuals on the same exchange server send each other emails, and the format of the date is inconsistent.
