Is there a way to have a 3 color gradient fill in Excel cells?

2 colors are easy, but I couldn't find an option for 3 color.

If yes, there seems no build-in option for 3 colors gradient.

Yes, this is what I wanted.

I saw the option of 2 color gradient but I need 3.

any idea if there is an option to do so in VBA? maybe embed a picture within a cell (not the picture background of the entire sheet)?
