Thousands of .HTM files filling up disk on MBX server (Assembly Bind Logs)

I have thousands of .htm files filling my disk under C:\Windows\System32config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\TemporaryInternet Files\Content.IE5 with content as below, it is not affecting my other 2 x mbx servers.

Any ideas?
