Is there a publically accessible Reverse DNS record for 216.8.160.19?Typically your ISP needs to set that up.

Hi,Could you send the email by using the telnet command?http://support.microsoft.com/kb/153119From the error message, it seems that your email address is blocked by the security policy (reverse DNS). Thus, you need to try the telnet command in order to confirm the cause. If it is the reverse DNS issue, please set up the PTR record on the ISP.ThanksAllen
