Apparently my windows no longer has an admin account...it used to but now the same account has no rightsThis operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.I get that message if i try and do most things...e.g. access the control panelplease help!

Hi jwozencroft, This is an Exchange Server forum. You should look to XP Home specific forums (or at least XP) for further help. You can try booting up into safe mode and restoring the permissions with the named administrator account. -matt
