Is the user connecting to Exchange? If so, what version? How are they connecting (POP/IMAP, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere)? Is Outlook configured in Online mode or Cached mode? If not Exchange, what is the mail service?Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Lync 2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

Hi Tim Yes the user is connecting through exchange 2007. they are connecting through MAP1, the outlook is in online mode. I have tried checking the settings under the tools options in Outlook 2007, but it doesn't work. Thank You

Have you tried to recreate the Outlook profile from scratch? Since you are connecting to Exchange, you won't lose anything.Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Lync 2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

So this is only happening to one user? What happens to this user when using OWA? What about Outlook from a different pc? Any smartphones/blackberry's involved? Any Outlook Rules defined?Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Lync 2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

Sorry for the delay. Yes this is happening only with one user, it's the same when the user logs on to OWA or from a different pc.No smartpones or blackberry's are installed. No Outlook rules are defined, but still the user can't save the documents in the Sent items. Thanks
