Contact the recipients domain using another method (using  gmail, Outlook.com etc...) and ask them why they are blocking your domain.

They are not blocking my domain, the receipient domain is office 365, we do a test to check if the emails are delivered to EOP or not and they did not get any messages from our domain.

also why i cannot find any information for the email sent in our exchange logging, i can find other messages but not this one.

How do you know they aren't blocking your domain? Either way, you should contact them somehow and let them know your messages are being rejected. As for message tracking, if you aren't seeing anything in message tracking, then enable protocol logging on the 2013 server and see what it shows.

i already contact them for that and they confirmed the same, protocol logging also already enabled on send connector , after enable still i cannot see the message from the logs.

Ok, can other users send to this domain? Can the user having the issue send to another user in that same domain or using OWA?

Is your domain "Contoso.com"?

Hi,

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that Andy provided?

And is that domain contoso.com?

Please also make sure the recipient's email address is typed correctly.

Best Regards.
