The messages in Exchange server 2007 have returned back with error.

Recently I received an error from Exchange server.

MSExchangeIS (2644) First Storage Group: A bad page link (error -327) has been detected in a B-Tree (ObjectId: 5, PgnoRoot: 10) of database H:\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Mailbox\First Storage Group\Mailbox Database.edb (165296 => 3185, 817790).

I cannot send any message, they just returned with the following error:

550 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver: The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service reported an error. The following information should help identify the cause of this error: "MapiExceptionCallFailed..."

I used eseutil /d command but it gave me another error 1605 (JET_errKeyDuplicate, Illegal duplicate key).

I fed up to the neck with these errors. How to cure this disaster?

Simon_Wu suggested a good fix.

I would to make an addenda and ask you:

Did you checked the state of your database? Is it in a clean or dirty shutdown? Run this command eseutil /mh. If your database in a clean shut state, then move all the log, chk files and use "This database can be overwritten by a restore".

If your database in a dirty shut state, then you should to bring your database to a clean shutdown. In this case I would suggest to run eseutil /ml, eseutil /r or eseutil /p commands.

And the last recommend is to use any tool, which can fix the problem. You can find a free or try a demo version. I heard that this one not bad - Recovery Toolbox for Exchange Server https://exchangeserver.recoverytoolbox.com/

Hope something will help in your case.
