The messages in Exchange server 2007 have returned back with error.

Recently I received an error from Exchange server.

MSExchangeIS (2644) First Storage Group: A bad page link (error -327) has been detected in a B-Tree (ObjectId: 5, PgnoRoot: 10) of database H:\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Mailbox\First Storage Group\Mailbox Database.edb (165296 => 3185, 817790).

I cannot send any message, they just returned with the following error:

550 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver: The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service reported an error. The following information should help identify the cause of this error: "MapiExceptionCallFailed..."

I used eseutil /d command but it gave me another error 1605 (JET_errKeyDuplicate, Illegal duplicate key).

I fed up to the neck with these errors. How to cure this disaster?

Hello Blaze,

Do you get any error in Outlook?

The current forum is for Outlook specific questions. I'd suggest asking Exchange related questions on the Exchange Server Development forum instead.

Actually the Exchange 2013 Admin forum would be a better place for this. Exchange Server Development is for developers who are using Exchange APIs.

Hi,

I suggest we first run isinteg to check the DBs consistency:

Open cmd on the exchange server, nevigate to C:\program files\exchsrvr\bin location, run the following command:

ISINTEG s ServerName fix test alltests

Based on my research, the error you encountered are mostly caused by hardware issue. You can also check with this point.

At last, you can workaround this issue by moving the DB to another one.

Thanks,
