The format of the e-mail address is incorrect
Hi everyone,I would appreciate some help with an issue i am having. Background:SERVER : SBS 2003 with exchange (Premium)CLIENTS: Outlook 2003All of a sudden, when users are sending an email to a particular address (entire domain), they are getting the following message...-----------------------------------------------------------------------did not reach the following recipient(s):office@crewoncall.com.au on Mon, 18 Feb 2008 17:01:37 +1100 The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address. < omta04sl.mx.bigpond.com #5.1.3 smtp; 553 5.3.0 <gerard@fabmosphere.com>... no such user>----------------------------------------------------------------Now the message actually leaves the server as they do not get the above error until the pop3 connector checks the mail again.I have setup a stand alone pop3 account on a computer there and sent the email and it sent!Any help would be greatly appreciated.
