The email address you entered couldn't be found

Hi!

We are facing problem sending e-mails to a domain from Exchange 2013. The message is "The email address you
entered couldn't be found".

When we send email from another email address like Hotmail, it is reaching the users in that domain.

How can we check the connectivity problems to other domains in Exchange 2013?

Thanks.

Hi,

According to this NDR, I suggest to reset the nickname and the automatic completion caches in Outlook first. And check this issue in OWA.

Let me know the results.

Best Regards.

Hi ,

I agree with Off2work and Lynn-Li .

In addition to that if the destination domain (i.e domain.com) is your group company then we can add that domain suffix as an internal relay on the accepted domain list.
