Hi, First please uninstall Office 2007 and then download the setup file from file server to local and then re-install it again. To remove the product even when the cached patch is missing we could use msizap. This would work on any products that are msi based (except Office 2007 suite products). Please download msizap.exe and then navigate to C:\Program Files\Windows Installer Clean Up, Copy the msizap.exe file to a share that everyone has access to. You can then make a script that removes the product by deleting its installation references and reinstalls a product like so: \\server\share\msizap.exe <file:///\\server\share\msizap.exe> TW! {90120000-0020-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}Start /wait Msiexec /i \\server\share\o12conv.msi <file:///\\server\share\o12conv.msi> /qnend After that please try to navigate to the office update directory and run command below to install update and generate update setup log. office2007-kb951808-fullfile-x86-glb.exe/log: c:\951808.log Please check if *.msi from C:\WINDOWS\Installer corrupt. If yes, please try to copy *.msi from those computers which can install kb951808 on from C:\WINDOWS\Installer\*.msi to the problematic computer. If you use WSUS or SMS related update deployment Tool, then please try to create a package that copies the *.msi file into the c:\windows\installer directory. Besides, since here is the forum for Exchange, if you need more help on Microsoft Office related issue, we recommend you to use Newsgroup for Microsoft Office to get better help.
