The connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action
Hello. The problem I have is: I have a user outside the corporate network where I work, has configured the mail account from exchange with the PRC in order to receive mail even outside the company. You can send and receive emails, but if you want to create a task or an appointment directly with the mailbox server sends the message "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." If you want to change any appointment or task can be done. I tested connecting to a node that is outside of the corporate network out to the Internet directly without going through the firewall, the tests are performed with 2 lap tops and 2 desktop, 2 of which a lap top computer and functioned properly, while the other sent me the same error message after I did testing speed connection to the server's outlook and I realized that all 3 tests were satisfactory rate was below 100 milliseconds, while the other lap top failed and that the user uses the average is above 200 to 600 milliseconds. Is this could be the cause of that time is too long and the server breaks the conecin? if this is the case I could help improve the time, if someone has passed you can tell if the same could restore service? And how can i do? Thanks
