The Visual Basic for Applications Project in the database is corrupt

I'm trying to open an access 2003 files in 2007, 2010 and 2013  i receive the error "The Visual Basic for Applications Project in the database is corrupt" but it's working fine in other machines , few machines give this error .I couldn't compact the file or modify or repair because the file is been locked , and the person who did this is no longer working here .

Installed these and tried :

1. Updated 2007 to sp3

2. Installed Net framework

3. Installed Access Run time

4. Visual C++ Redistributable

5. Compatibility pack for 2007

6. Office Validation Add-In

7. Visual Studio for office system

8. Microsoft Access database Engine

after installing all these and installed all the updates for the office and the system doesn't work , i don't get why does it work in some systems , i tried to replicated the exact system too , still doesn't work . Kindly help ..

The formatting of file in Access 2003 is *.mdb, after Access 2007 the formatting change to *.accdb. If your access file contain code or Macros, this might be caused by libraries of project didnt install correctly. You need to check the development environment with other machines.

BTW, post your issue to MDSN forum about Access, there more suitable for you.
