The Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager has completed processing mailboxes - NOT
I was wondering why the notification I get from the Exchange System Manager Maintenance always says it completed processing sucessfully, but when I read the message everything is 0%. Here my latest email from the System Manager: The Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager has completed processing mailboxes Started at: 2009-05-24 02:10:03 Completed at: 2009-05-24 02:10:04 Mailboxes processed: 0 Messages moved: 0 Size of moved messages: 0.00 KB Deleted messages: 0 Size of deleted messages: 0.00 KBI can't figure out why it says it processed "0" mailboxes. Ca someone tell me (by looking at this message) if maintenance is running on my Exchange Server Mailboxes?

Sure, maintenance is running, else you wouldn't receive this completed processing message. It's likely that your Mailbox Manager policy isn't set correctly (for example, it's set to apply to any user with a Department of "Research" and no one's Department field says "Research") or the Recipient Update Service hasn't stamped any mailboxes with your Mailbox Manager policy. That could occur for any number of reasons.See if these two links help at all:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319188http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2005/04/18/403819.aspx
