Hi,

First of all, I suggest to repair or recreate .OST file to check this issue.

https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/Repair-Outlook-Data-Files-pst-and-ost-64842a0a-658a-4324-acc6-ef0a6e3567cd

If it doesnt help, please recreate profile to check this issue:

  1. Exit Outlook.
  2. In Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
  3. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles.
  4. Choose your Exchange account profile, and click Remove.
  5. Then click Add, enter profile name and click OK.
  6. In the Add Account dialog box, enter your Exchange Account information, and click OK.
  7. Click apply then OK.
