Hi,

We have been receiving this error for quite sometime in our site and we generally reconfigure the Outlook to resolve the issue. Not sure if there is a quick fix for this error.

system details:

i5 processor, 4gb RAM, Windows 8 Operating System, Outlook 2013.

Please help us resolve this error.

I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 Version 15.0.4569.1506

If this is not the version you are referring to then please guide me how to locate the exchange version.

Did you try closing and opening outlook?
Did you try recreating outlook profile?

I am referring to Exchange server version not outlook.
For that you have to login to server and run this command from server. Check this for versions

Get-ExchangeServer | fl name,AdminDisplay

Recreating profile has been tried multiple times and the outlook crashes with the mentioned error in a day or two after recreating the profile and we are going in loops with this error.

I have tried repairing the PST file as well but still the same.
