The EDS Job manager failed to start

Hi

I am installing the first Exchange 2013 Server in my Exchange 2007 environment
It has completed successfully but in the Application Event Log I see an error, twice:

EventID: 1032
The EDS Job manager failed to start the following jobs:
Job: 'TransportSyncHealthHubLog' is poisoned.

Anyone know a reason for this?

I can only think that it is related to Jetstress which was installed on the Server

However I removed the utility together with the folder, database and  log files prior to installing Exchange.

I have these errors too. After going a back into log history I found the following entry (sorry for the german installation):

It means translated (probably not the exact text)

Job "TransportSyncHealthHubLog" cannot be processed and will not be started. To enable the processing, use "Remove-EdsPoisonSate.ps1".

I searched the script but don't found it anywhere, not in the install folder and not on the exch DVD.
