Text Missing in Outlook But There in OWA (Mail replied to from owa accounts) Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003
I can forward the email in my owa to my self and open it in outlook and the text is there. Happens with IE7 &IE8TextBody Outlook:ThanksxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTextBODY OWA: I have Internet Explorer 8 on Windows Vista. I cannot read the body of email sent by KCS except in the preview pane or if I open it & click reply to the blank body. Apparently, now KCS people aren't getting my messages when I reply as I sent one to Linda Loggans and she replied that there was no message in the body. I have never experienced this problem until about 6 weeks ago. Hi, From your description, I understand that the some Text missed when you open a message in Outlook. If you open the same message by using OWA, the message can be displayed with no problem. In addition, if you forward the message from OWA to yourself and open the message by using Outlook, the text is visible this time. If I am off base, please let me know. Happens with multiple users(Vista and IE8 and seems only to be an issue when they reply to an email) and they are external to our system. We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 and I have tried to open the emails with different versions of Outlook(2003,2007 and older versions) all exhibit the same blank text from the sender.
