In 2007/2010, you could log an event log message, but I am not seeing that with 2013.

If you set the audit level to high on the rule, it should show up in message tracking. Another option is to send an incident report to a mail-enabled Public folder or mailbox as part of each rule and then check the incident messages to determine which ones are getting hits.

Hi shaik,

Thank you for your question.

Did those transport rules were existed on Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 in organization?

If those rule was create on Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010, we could view it on Exchange 2013.

We could run the following command to check if the transport rule has enabled:

Get-TransportRule

Then we could view the State in the result.

In addition, if the transport rule has been removed, it will not be listed on Exchange 2013.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Hi SAH,

By default, when we install Exchange 2013, there are no transport rules which were created. If you have Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007 in organization, we could check if those transport rules were created Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010. If you didnt create those rules at any time, we could delete them.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
