Hi, the information what you have given is very clear. In my case, I can find that, the value is <not set>. How can I manually add the value in ADSIEdit. I have already an associated OAB. This value of <not set> came after migrating to a new environment with exchange 2007 working on Windows 2008 and Active directory on Windows 2003.Thanks

Hi Get the Distinguished Name of the 'Default Offline Address Book' or whatever OAB you want and put in place of <not set>. You can use Exchange Management Shell to query theDistinguished Name of the 'Default Offline Address Book like: Get-OfflineAddressBook'Default Offline Address Book' | flDistinguishedName Regards,Laeeq Qazi|Snr Software Engineer(Exchange + Sharepoint + BES + DynamicsCRM) www.hostingcontroller.com
