Tell exchange 2007 which Global catalog server to use
We have 2 2003 servers (Juno and Ajax) which are domain controllers and Global catalog servers. We also have a 2008 server (Pluto) running exchange 2007. We wish to remove Juno as it is casuing issues. However if we remove the GC services from Juno outlook stops responding (Juno was originally the exchange server). Pluto is looking at both Juno and Ajax for it's GC.Is there a way to tell exchange to look at just Ajax as the GC.This was simple in exchange 2003 but I can't find it in 2007

Yes, you can exclude Juno from the domain controller list used by DSAccess. You can do this with Set-ExchangeServer command and "-StaticExcludedDomainControllers" Parameter.Refer to following link for more info and help.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123716.aspxhttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/298879-V
