Tasks format changes when assigning and accepting

Hi

We are finding unusual behavior when assigning and accepting tasks with the loss of formatting relating to the position of inserted emails.

Scenario A:
1-Open Tasks
2-Ensure reading pane is turned on
3-create a task with 1 line of text
4-insert an outlook email item on the second line
5-add a third line of text
6-Save and close
7-Open this task and then select Assign Task.  Everything will appear normal.
8-Close the task without saving or assigning
9-Turn the reading pane off
10-Open the same task, and it will still have the original formatting
11-Select Assign Task, and the formatting
of the task changes and the inserted email is moved to the bottom of all text.

Scenario B:  As above, create the task with reading pane on and assign the task.  When the person who this is assigned to (on the same exchange server, in the same environment) receives it, the formatting has changed as per scenario A.

-This is a major issue when a user has inserted 10 to 20 emails in a task, with notes below each email.  All the emails are pushed to the bottom of the task body.
-We have exchange 2013, outlook 2013.  We operating in an Remote Desktop environment with multiple front end servers.
-This occurs to all staff, and occurs on all front end servers.  Newly created user profiles have this issue also.
-This behavior did not occur before moving to Exchange/Outlook 2013.

There are similar posts to this, but no answers on other forums.  Posts on Outlook forum advise to post this on Exchange.

Any help is appreciated

Hi,

We can reproduce this issue when assigning tasks in Outlook 2013. However, when we switch to Outlook 2010, this issue is gone. We have performed a lot research regarding this issue but failed to find any clue. We will submit a feedback regarding this issue to our product team, and we will inform you if we get updated.

Thanks for the understanding and support.
