i have the following problem.

we recently migrated from Lotus notes To office365.

all items, including Tasks were copies.

in one of the tasks, there was a mailing list.
it send a e-mail to all persons in that list, notifying that the task was updated.

Now, All those persons keep sending e-mails to all persons on that list.
this while the original task was deleted.

does anyone have a solution for this?

I recommend you post this in office 365 forum also, as this is the forum only for on-premises Exchange server.
