Email received but will not send Display error message (0x800CCC13)

I have the same problem with Outlook 2007. Any resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

For users who meet this issue, please run sfc /scannow from an elevated Command Prompt and reboot your computer afterwards;

  1. Right click on the Start button of Windows and choose: Command Prompt (Admin).
    • If you dont see this, instead choose: Windows PowerShell (Admin)
  2. Behind the prompt type: sfc /scannow
    (note the space in the command)
  3. Wait until the process completes.
  4. Restart your computer.
