Clearly this is not Exchange, and it is posted in the wrong forum. Extremely wrong forum. This would more likely belong in windows general. Nonetheless, you can try from the advanced settings in the display. Then in the RADEON drivers see if there is a wizard to onfigure the multi monitor configuration. It is unlikely that you can set the tv as a primary display thought. This is because how it detects the system. If you are connecting with the S-Video connection this will be most likely true. If your TV has VGA or DVI use that instead to connect the PC and you might be able to make your TV the primary. Why you want the TV primary on a laptop is beyond me. Remember that if you disconnect the primary monitor you won't be able to change the settings until you restart. That is the reason why TVs are usually not primary.
