The following fatal alert was generated: 10. The internal error state is 1203. this is on server 2008 R2 standard and exchange 2007 with SP1 rollup 9. can someone point me to the cause and a course of action for this event. I cannot find any doc on this. Thanks.

I have the same error on server 2008 R2 exchange server 2010 and server 2008 R2 TMG 2010. I can't find a solution. Help!
