My executive is having problems with getting her iPhone to sync with our corporate 2013 Outlook. We are operating in a Windows 7 environment on Exchange Server. She has two assistants and we both have Publishing Editor rights to her calendar. The other day an appointment appear on her calendar and neither she nor her assistants had put on her calendar and appointments are disappearing as well.
She is the AVP for our IS Clinical Information Systems and is very tech saavy! She believes that there might be an issue with filter settings on the calendar. We've had problems with getting microsoft and the iPhone to sync properly. We are not using iTunes, this is an extra step that I have not found necessary previously. The issues I encountered with other executives seemed to be resolved once my computer was not running in cache mode, but I'm not sure how to fix that issue with my current Dell laptop.
