My executive is having problems with getting her iPhone to sync with our corporate 2013 Outlook.  We are operating in a Windows 7 environment on Exchange Server.  She has two assistants and we both have Publishing Editor rights to her calendar.  The other day an appointment appear on her calendar and neither she nor her assistants had put on her calendar and appointments are disappearing as well.

She is the AVP for our IS Clinical Information Systems and is very tech saavy! She believes that there might be an issue with filter settings on the calendar.  We've had problems with getting microsoft and the iPhone to sync properly.  We are not using iTunes, this is an extra step that I have not found necessary previously.  The issues I encountered with other executives seemed to be resolved once my computer was not running in cache mode, but I'm not sure how to fix that issue with my current Dell laptop.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

In Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013, by default it downloads the shared folders when Outlook is configured in Cached Exchange Mode. I'm not sure if this will help, but we can configure it not to download the shared folders and make it "online", as you mentioned for other executives the issue was resolved once the computer was not running in Cached mode, which means when Outlook is in Online Mode, it syncs successfully.

In Outlook, click FILE -> Account Settings -> Account Settings -> Double click on the Exchange Account -> More Settings -> Advanced -> Untick "Download shared folders" -> OK -> Next -> Finish.

Check if this helps.

Anyway, please check if the Calendar item exists on OWA, this can also help narrow down which step the issue occurs on: Outlook to Exchange, or Exchange to iPhone.

If the issue is not resolved, please let me know how the user configures the Calendar in iPhone in detail.
